We want to make you Christmas as stress free as possible from designing a Concept based on your brief to organising the Manufacturing, technical, logistical and Installation.

We are in the business of Christmas Decoration so our priority is to free up as much of your valuable time as possible.

You deal with the SAME person from start to finish that way you are delivered the Concept that you choose no surprises on completion.

Our Process

Consultation & Site Assessment

The first step and most important, a Full Site and Storage Assessment as well as Client Consultation and Brief for the Project.

Concept Design & Technical Development

A collaboration between our Designers, Manufacturing, Technical and Logistics Departments.

Concept Presentation

Onsite Concept Presentation Concept in its entirety to ensure that everything is explained and there are no hidden extra costs.

Concept Manufacturing & Fabrication

Once Contract has been executed production commences this process can take up to 12 weeks. Further Site Visits may be required during this period.

OH&S Requirements and Inductions

A further site visit from our OH&S Manager to ensure that all work areas are safe. Implementation of your Site Inductions and WSMS procedures.

Installation/ Dismantle/ Storage

Final Site Inspections including Logistical requirements to ensure. A straight forward and interruption free Installation/ Dismantle.

Customer Support

Because Dovecote Design Project Manage the whole Concept from start to finish we very rarely need to come back on site because we make sure “ ITS RIGHT “ the first time, however should the unforeseen happen we are only a phone call away and will attend to your Call on the same day.
